Halcon Submachine Guns Series

In the 1940s to the 1960s, Argentinian firearms manufacturer Fábrica de Armas Halcón ("Halcón" meaning "falcon") produced a series of submachine guns in 9x19mm and .45 caliber. Initially, they were based on the Thompson system while later models were influenced by such submachine guns as the MP40 and Madsen M50. The most widely used models were the Modelo 1943, Modelo 1946, Modelo 1949, ML-57 and ML-63.
