Don't Die Too Hard! (Original Title: La Tour Montparnasse Infernale) is a 2001 French comedy movie, a slapstick parody of the original Die Hard directed by Charles Nemes. Eric (Eric Judor) and Ramzy (Ramzy Bédia) are two dim-witted window washers at the Montparnasse skyscraper in Paris. Working late one night, the pair witness a gang of terrorists seize the building and take its occupants hostage, including the beautiful executive Marie-Joelle, the object of Eric's infatuation (whose real name is Stéphanie and whom also despises Eric). Eric and Ramzy (reluctantly) jump into action to save the day.
The following weapons were used in the film Don’t Die Too Hard!:
"Machin" (Serge Riaboukine) uses a Beretta 93R as a secondary weapon when his Mark 23 is out of ammo. Another terrorist pretending to be the receptionist is equipped with this pistol as well, but without the grip.
Taurus PT92AF
Ming (Bô Gaultier de Kermoal) carries a Taurus PT92AF as his primary weapon.
Desert Eagle Mark I
Chang, Ming’s twin brother (also Bô Gaultier de Kermoal), draws a Desert Eagle Mark I before it is stolen by Ramzy.
SIG-Sauer P239
Stéphanie (Marina Foïs) uses a SIG-Sauer P239 when she betrays and shoots "Machin" in leg with the pistol and later give it to an another terrorist in an attempt to break the police assault.
Colt Anaconda
One of the terrorists, Chris (Bruce Johnson), is equipped with a 8" barrel Colt Anaconda. When he accidently kills himself, Ramzy steals and tries to use it.
SIG-Sauer P226
Police officers carry various kind of pistols, including the SIG-Sauer P226.
Jericho 941
At least one police officer is equipped with a Jericho 941.
Colt M1911A1
One of the helicopter pilots draws a Colt M1911A1 on Eric just before being neutralized by Ramzy.
Shotguns
Remington 870
A RAID officer exchanges fire with the terrorists with a Remington 870.
Submachine Guns
IMI Mini Uzi
A very nervous terrorist uses a Mini Uzi. He fires the weapon twice without reason due to his stress. "Machin" uses the SMG to hit him in the face when he shoots out the windows. In this scene, the weapon is clearly a prop.
