The Glock 17 with suppressors is seen with Earth Prime Claire Fancher (Nazanin Boniadi) and a couple of hired assassins. EA/EP OI security forces use them as their main sidearm. Ian Shaw (Nicholas Pinnock) uses it again as his sidearm. Remy (Caleb Frederick) uses at least a 2nd gen Glock 17 before Baldwin (Sara Serraiocco) seizes it from him in "Point of Departure". An EP assassin uses it in "In from the Cold" before he was disarmed. Mira (Christiane Paul) uses it as her sidearm. Earth Alpha Emily Silk (Olivia Williams) and Howard Silk (J.K. Simmons) use them in "Better Angels".
Glock 19
What appears to be a Glock 19 is seen with a EP OI mole in "Shadow Puppets".
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
What appears to be a Heckler & Koch USP Compact is seen with ex-FBI agent Naya Temple (Betty Temple) as her personal sidearm. It appears to be used by a EP OI agent in "No Strings Attached". A stainless steel version is seen with Baldwin.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with an EA OI guard confronting Peter in "Shadow Puppets". It's seen with EP Howard in "No Strings Attached" and "You to You". EA Howard uses it briefly in "Better Angels".
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R is seen with EP Emily Silk in "No Strings Attached".
SIG-Sauer P230
The SIG-Sauer P230 is seen in "In from the Cold" when EA Emily finds it in her apartment with EP Howard taking it.
SIG-Sauer P320 Compact
The SIG-Sauer P320 Compact is seen with EA OI Director of Strategy Peter Quayle (Harry Lloyd) after he panics in "Shadow Puppets", which was found by EP Howard in the Confiscated Items office.

The Walther P99 is seen with EA OI Peter as his personal sidearm in "Something Borrowed".
