Monroe (Bruce Willis) pulls the SIG. (If you look closely you can just barely see the double stack bulges on the frame). This is accurate, as NYPD authorizes the P226 R for carry; however the version authorized has a DAO trigger... unlike the weapon used in the movie.

Trivia

In "Green Band" trailers (approved for all audiences), characters are not allowed to point guns at other characters in the same frame. Quite often, the character's weapon will be erased with computer graphics in order to comply with the ratings. Other examples can be seen with the trailers for Iron Man and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
