Colonia

Colonia, also known as The Colony, is a 2015 movie directed by Florian Gallenberger (John Rabe) starring Emma Watson and Daniel Brühl. The film was produced by Benjamin Herrmann and tells a fictional story against the backdrop of the real Colonia Dignidad, a settlement founded in 1961 in southern Chile by a German sect that hit the headlines in 1973 in the wake of Augusto Pinochet's military coup due to human rights violations. In the midst of the Chilean military coup of 1973, Lena visits her friend Daniel, an activist, in Chile. Shortly after, he is kidnapped and taken to Colonia Dignidad, a settlement area of the eponymous sect. Lena infiltrates herself and wants to free Daniel. The sect is cut off from the outside world and strictly segregated by gender. She hardly has a chance to see Daniel or talk to him. Under the leadership of religious leader Paul Schäfer, the followers have to endure the hardest work and humiliation. While Daniel is documenting the events on the ground, Lena is trying to find a way to escape.

Halcón Modelo 57
A few Chilean soldiers can be seen with Halcón M-57 submachine guns. Unlike the M3A1 "Grease Gun", the Halcón is only seen in one scene in the background.
Rifles
FN FAL
Various types of FN FAL rifles are the most used weapons by the Chilean Army. In 1973, the primary battle rifle of the Chilean Army was the Swiss SIG SG 510.
Mauser Model 1909
1909 Argentine Mauser rifles are used by Chilean troops and Paul Schäfer's (Michael Nyqvist) men. In reality, Chilean soldiers used their own M1895 Mausers as their standard bolt action rifles during this time, alongside the semi-auto M1 Garand.
M1909 Mountain
Short-barreled Mauser rifles can be seen held by some soldiers. Due to the filming of this scene in Buenos Aires, they are most likely Argentine M1909 Mountain carbines standing in for Chilean Mauser 1935 carbines.
Heckler & Koch G3A3
General Pinochet (Marcelo Vilaro) fires a Heckler & Koch G3A3 in the Colonia Dignidad camp.
M1 Carbine
At least one sect member is armed with an M1 Carbine.
Machine Guns
Madsen
A Madsen machine gun is briefly seen at the beginning of the coup.
