Cellular
Cellular is a 2004 thriller starring Chris Evans as Ryan, an ordinary guy who inadvertently receives a phone call on his cell phone from a woman (Kim Basinger) who claims to have been taken hostage. Ryan then races throughout the city of Los Angeles trying to find the woman before she says she will be killed. The film also stars Jason Statham, William H. Macy, and Noah Emmerich.
The following weapons were used in the film Cellular:
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 442
Ryan (Chris Evans) is seen taking a Smith & Wesson Model 442 Airweight from the glove compartment of a stolen car and then notably uses it in the cellular store.
Smith & Wesson Model 10HB
The Aging Security Guard (Greg Collins) pulls his Smith & Wesson Model 10HB revolver during a commotion in the bank.
Pistols
Smith & Wesson 4506
Ethan (Jason Statham) carries a Smith & Wesson 4506 as his sidearm in the film. Jack Tanner (Noah Emmerich) also carries a 4506. This is technically accurate since the .45 ACP handguns were approved for the LAPD carry after the infamous North Hollywood shootout in 1997.
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is the sidearm of several characters in the film including Sgt. Bob Mooney (William H. Macy), Deason (Matt McColm), as well as Airport police. Video footage shows Ethan (Jason Statham) and others using Berettas.
Glock 17
Dana Bayback (Valerie Cruz) uses a 2nd generation Glock 17 in the film. The pistol in the film appears to be missing its rear sight. A Glock 17 is also seen in the hands of Dimitri (Eric Etebari) when Mooney is in a fight at pier.
Jericho 941 R
Deason (Matt McColm) and Mad Dog (Brendan Kelly) carry the Jericho 941 R during a home invasion. Deason also is seen trying to reach for a Jericho that's been fitted with a suppressor.
