Black Shark (Russian title: Чёрная акула; Chyornaya akula) is the Russian 1993 war action movie. The story is set in late 1980s, right after the Soviet–Afghan War. The leader of the Mujahideen, named Karahan, create the secret drug manufacturing plant. Soviet and American special troops unsuccessfully try to find and destroy it. Soviet commanders send for it the latest development af the Soviet military designers, the combat helicopter Kamov Ka-50 aka Chyornaya akula (Black Shark).

Note: most actors are non-professionals, including actual soldiers of Spetsnaz, combat pilots (including cheif pilot of Kamov Design Bureau), and aircraft designers.
