Bezymyannyy Island (Ostrov Bezymyannyy) is a Soviet 1946 B&W war drama directed by Adolf Bergunker and Mikhail Yegorov. In 1943 Soviet weather and radio direction station is located on frozen Bezymyannyy Island in Arctic. Young female Asya Moskalyova, a meteorologist, starts her service on the station. Having survived a heavy winter and attacks of German air and navy forces, Asya finds her love, a polar aviator Platon Maleev.
