5"/38 Mark 12 single open mount - 127×680mmR

The 5"/38 Mark 12 is an American dual-purpose naval gun used as the primary armament of destroyers and secondary armament of larger ships. It's widely considered to be one of the best dual-purpose naval weapons of World War II. Its "Mark 12" designation indicates that it's the twelfth design of 5-inch gun of the USN, as their gun Marks are used across all guns of the same bore diameter (5-inch) without factoring in barrel length (38 calibers). "Caliber" in a naval gun context does not refer to bore diameter but instead the barrel length, measured in multiples of bore diameter; this gun being 38 calibers long equates to 5 inches multiplied by 38, giving a barrel length of 190 inches.
