Oba: The Last Samurai (Also known in Japan as 太平洋の奇跡−フォックスと呼ばれた男, Miracle of the Pacific: The Man Called Fox) is a 2011 Japanese-American war film based on the real life story of Captain Sakae Ōba (Yutaka Takenouchi ), whom led a band of former IJA soldiers-turned guerrillas against the US Marines occupying Saipan.
