Fear over the City (Peur sur la ville)
Fear over the City (Peur sur la ville) is a 1975 French crime triller by Henri Verneuil with Jean-Paul Belmondo as commissaire Jean Letellier. Letellier has two opponents: his old enemy, gangster Marcucci, and maniacal killer calling himself Minos.

Smith & Wesson Model 38
Smith & Wesson Model 38 is a service sidearm of commissaire Jean Letellier (Jean-Paul Belmondo) and other French police officers.
Colt revolver
In a flashback scene Marcucci (Giovanni Cianfriglia) use Colt revolver. It mostly look like Colt Official Police with 5-inch barrel, but it could be Colt New Army & Navy or Colt Police Positive. Later Marcucci use the same revolver again.
Smith & Wesson revolver
In the same flashback scene Letellier (Jean-Paul Belmondo) use a revolver that look like Smith & Wesson Model 27 or 28 with 4-inch barrel (but it could be Model 25 or Model 29). Later he use the same revolver during firefight with Marcucci in Paris subway. In this scene Letellier's revolver several times changed from S&W Model 38 to (supposely) Model 28 and back again.
Enfield No.2
Enfield No.2 revolver is used by Minos (Adalberto Maria Merli) when he took hostages in final scene.
Pistols
Beretta Model 70
Germaine Doizon (Rosy Varte), one of Minos victims, try to protect herself with Beretta Model 70 but fails. After the murder Minos (Adalberto Maria Merli) take the pistol and use it during the chase on roofs.
Browning Hi-Power
A criminal who is connected with Marcucci use Browning Hi-Power when Letellier and Moissac came for him.
SMG
Gevarm Type D4
A rare French SMG Gevarm Type D4 is used by gangster during bank robbery in a flashback scene.
Rifles
Unidentified sniper rifle
Police snipers use bolt-action sniper rifles in final scene.
Grenades
F1 grenade
French hand grenade F1 with M1935 fuze is thrown into the crowd by Minos (Adalberto Maria Merli). Note: it is different from Russian F-1 grenade (both has common ancestor).
