In "The Three Amigos", several border guards are armed with M4A1s. In "Memorial Day" (S2E21), Miles is seen firing an M4 during the shootout at the train yard. In Season 2's finale "Declaration of Independence", Miles (Billy Burke), Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) and Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) are seen firing M4s during the Patriot ambush. Later, Tom Neville and Scanlon (Billy Lush) fire their M4s at Monroe in the same episode.
