Mile 22 is a 2018 action film directed by Peter Berg and starring Mark Wahlberg as James Silva, an operative with the Ground Branch of the CIA's secretive Special Activities Division who must escort an informant (Iko Uwais) 22 miles from the American embassy to the airport in a hostile Southeast Asian country. The cast includes John Malkovich, Ronda Rousey, and Lauren Cohan. The film marks the fourth collaboration between director Berg and star Wahlberg, who previously worked together on the 2013's Lone Survivor and the 2016 films Deepwater Horizon and Patriots Day. Mile 22 was released to theaters on August 17, 2018.
The following weapons were used in the film Mile 22:
Glock 21 pistols are used by James Silva (Mark Wahlberg), Alice Kerr (Lauren Cohan), Samantha Snow (Ronda Rousey) and Li Noor (Iko Uwais). Near the end of the film, James asks Axel if he has more ".45 ammo" to give him.
Alice (Lauren Cohan) and Sam (Ronda Rousey) both appear to use Daniel Defence DDM4 MK18 carbines with various attachments, including M-LOK handguards and Trijicon SRS sights. The hand guard on the MK18 appears to have been taken from a DD M4V7 (the M-LOK version of the DD MK18), but the weapon is identified as a MK18 by its receiver markings (see screencap below).

The Daniel Defense markings are clearly visible on the receiver. Note that this rifle is a MK18 (as evidenced by markings), yet it has an M-LOK hand guard; currently, the DD M4V7 is the only Daniel Defense 10.3" carbine which utilizes an M-LOK rail, so it is likely that the armorers at Independent Studio Services took one of their existing MK18s and retrofitted it with an M4V7 hand guard.
Heckler & Koch HK416
Silva (Mark Wahlberg) uses a Heckler & Koch HK416 with a 10-inch barrel and various attachments, including a Trijicon MRO red dot sight, AN/PEQ-15 ATPIAL, and weaponlight.
