The Beretta 92FS (likely standing in for the military-issue M9) is seen throughout the series.
Browning BDM
During a shootout, several US sailors are seen handling what appears to be a Browning BDM, a modernized, double-action variant of the Browning Hi-Power in Season 3's premiere "The Scott Effect" (S3E01).
Glock 26
Sasha Cooper (Bridget Regan) is seen holding what appears to be a Glock 26 in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).

The Glock 17 is again seen.
Tokarev TT-33
A Tokarev TT-33 is used by LT Burk (Jocko Sims) after a warehouse fight in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).

The M4A1 carbine continues to be the primary weapon carried by the sailors aboard the USS Nathan James. The carbine is seen in the hands of Chief of Naval Operations Tom Chandler (Eric Dane) and Lt. Carlton Burk (Jocko Sims), as well as American military personnel.

A Heckler & Koch G36C is seen.
Heckler & Koch HK416
The Heckler & Koch HK416 is used by both Chandler and CPO Wolf "Wolf-Man" Taylor (Bren Foster) in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).
AKMSU

The Browning M2HB is one of the weapons on the Nathan James and military Humvees. An enemy boat uses a Browning M2 in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).

The M240B is on Navy RHIBs as well as used by a US Navy gunner in "Shanzhai" (S3E03).

Heckler & Koch HK69A1 Grenade Launcher
Chandler is seen using a Heckler & Koch HK69A1 Grenade Launcher to take out an enemy boat in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).

What appears to be a Milkor MGL Mk 1L is used by CPO Wolf "Wolf-Man" Taylor (Bren Foster) in "Rising Sun" (S3E02).
