M1911A1

Palestinian terrorist leader Nageeb (Victor Campos) attempts to grab a Colt M1911A1 from his bedstand before being shot by Israeli commandos during a raid in Beirut. A disguised Israeli commando is also seen wielding a M1911A1 as the commandos flee the terrorist villa.

Colt Detective Special

Major David Kabakov (Robert Shaw) uses a Colt Detective Special when he chases a Palestinian terrorist named Mohammed Fasil through the streets of Miami, shooting the terrorist after an extended standoff. Kabakov later uses the revolver to shoot at the Goodyear blimp piloted by Michael Lander (Bruce Dern) as he attempts to carry out his attack at the Super Bowl.

Smith & Wesson Model 28 Highway Patrolman

Terrorist Mohammed Fasil (Bekim Fehmiu) uses a S&W Model 28 Highway Patrolman revolver (.357 magnum) to kill several federal agents and civilians during a bloody shootout in Miami.

Smith & Wesson Model 27 Snub nosed revolver with 3.5" barrel - .357 magnum.Essentially the same model except for a richer finish, the topstrap being checkered and the half inch shorter barrel.Gives a good perspective on the size of the N frame revolver.

Unknown revolvers

A suppressed revolver is used by Major David Kabakov to threaten businessman E. Muzi (Michael V. Gazzo) into identifying who had purchased explosives for use in a potential terrorist attack.

Another suppressed revolver is used by terrorist Dahlia Iyad (Marthe Keller) to shoot the original pilot of the Goodyear blimp so that Michael Lander could take his place.

Remington 870

Former Vietnam veteran Michael J. Lander (Bruce Dern) threatens Dahlia Iyad with a Remington 870 shotgun after she does not return to Los Angeles in time. However, she convinces him to lay the weapon down.

Madsen M50

The Madsen M50 submachine gun is used by Palestinian guerrillas guarding a villa in Beirut, and later is used by Dahlia Iyad to kill a number of police officers and shoot down a police helicopter as they tried to stop the Goodyear blimp from attacking the Miami Orange Bowl.

A silenced IMI Uzi submachine gun is used by Mossad agent Major David Kabakov during the Israeli commando raid in Beirut.

Smith & Wesson M76

A Smith & Wesson M76 submachine gun is used by FBI agent Sam Corley (Fritz Weaver) when he and Kabakov give chase to the Goodyear blimp over the skies of Miami. After Corley is injured, Kabakov uses the M76 to shoot Michael Lander and Dahlia Iyad, preventing them from crashing the blimp into the Super Bowl stadium.

M1 Carbine

M1 carbines are seen in the hands of Palestinian guerrillas, Israeli commandos and Miami SWAT officers.

Korean War Era M1 Carbine, with Birch Stock, Adjustable sight and bayonet lug. Most of the World War 2 variations of the M1 Carbine were sent back to the Military Arsenals and retrofitted with the Bayonet Lug and adjustable rear sight. This is the version seen after last 1945 and all the way until the 1960s. This version is seen most often in World War 2 movies, despite being anachronistic for most World War 2 battles.

M16 Rifle

A M16 rifle with a sound suppressor and Starlight scope is used by Mossad agent Steven Moshevsky (Steven Keats) during the Israeli commando raid in Beirut.
