The Star 1911 Series consist of all 1911 style pistols made by Star. Unlike the classic 1911, Star's variants have no grip safety.

The Star Model-p is a Spanish-made copy of the Colt 1911, in .45 caliber. Not to be confused with the Star Model-B which is a 9mm version of the 1911.
