Phil Leotardo (Frank Vincent) uses a suppressed Beretta Inox to murder Angelo Garepe (Joe Santos) in The Test Dream (5.11). This scene is similar to how Frank Vincent's character was killed in Goodfellas. Jimmy seems to have a knack for keeping .357 revolvers in his ankle holster, as an FBI agent removed a S&W Model 13 from an ankle holster two episodes previously. It is only seen briefly but the grips and the cylinder give it away as an SP101.
Ruger Speed Six Snub
Christopher (Michael Imperioli) uses a snubnose Ruger Speed Six when robbing a college benefit concert with Jackie Aprile Jr. in Fortunate Son (3.03). In a 1982 flashback, a young Tony Soprano uses a snubnose Ruger Speed Six to commit his first murder, a bookie named Willie Overall (Herbert Rogers) in Remember When (6.15). Tony (James Gandolfini) also uses one to pistol-whip and beat up Coco, one of Phil's guys, for intimidating his daughter.

Mikey Palmice (Al Sapienza) uses a P228 to kill Donnie Paduana inside his car in Isabella (1.12). In that same episode, Rasheen Ray (Touche) uses a P228 to try and kill Tony, later causing him to lament about the incident: "Two pricks with nine millimeters... my self-esteem is non-existant right now", referring to Ray's P228 and his partner's Glock 19. One of Phil's gunmen uses a P228 to shoot Silvio Dante in The Blue Comet (6.20).
Big Pussy (Vincent Pastore) uses a suppressed Smith & Wesson 4043 when he and Paulie go to see Jerome and Arnaz in 46 Long (1.02). A truck hijacker with Brendan Filone uses one later in the same episode, holding it "gangster-style" until Brendan angrily corrects him.

Richie Aprile (David Proval) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 36, seen most notably in Bust Out (2.10). Jackie Aprile, Jr. (Jason Carbone) is given a Model 36 by his uncle Ralph (Joe Pantoliano), who tells him the .38 isn't very intimidating but is very reliable and will "always get the job done". A Model 36 is also visible in Pussy's hidden armory. Corrado "Uncle Junior" Soprano (Dominic Chianese) shoots Tony Soprano in the stomach with a Model 36 during a case of mistaken identity in Members Only (6.01). Phil Leotardo (Frank Vincent) holds a Smith & Wesson Model 686 Snub on Lorraine Calluzzo (Patti D'Arbanville) in Where's Johnny (5.03), firing it at her chest through a phone book (but only getting to the 'R' section). Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) holds one on Christopher in Irregular Around the Margins (5.05) when Christopher holds his own gun on him and accuses him of sleeping with his girlfriend.
Star Firestar M-43
Christopher Moltisanti (Michael Imperioli) shoots the bakery clerk in the foot with a Star Firestar M-43 in The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti (1.08). (IMFDB thanks The Golden Closet for providing the documentation on this gun).

Armalite AR-10
Bobby Bacala (Steven R. Schirripa) gives Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini) an Armalite AR-10 for his 47th birthday in Soprano Home Movies (6.13). Bobby describes the weapon as "800 rounds per... Panther-fluted barrel." It appears to be a DPMS rifle not an Armalite which might give some meaning to the panther line. Tony keeps this weapon when he goes into hiding in The Blue Comet (6.20) and Made in America (6.21). Although Bobby specifically refers to the weapon as an AR-10, he is certainly not a qualified weapons expert.
Closeups of the gun in episode "Soprano Home Movies(6.13)" show that the gun used in show was actually an AR15 with a magazine modified to look like the AR10.
Oddly, in both episodes "The Blue Comet(6.20)" and "Made in America(6.21)", its very clear that it is indeed an AR-10. A sure sign of this is the magwell is enlarged and widened. Also, Tony has removed the Aimpoint Optic and Crimson Trace vertical grip.
In A Hit is a Hit (1.10), Christopher's rapper friend Massive Genius (Bokeem Woodbine) has a nickel-plated Norinco Type 56-1 with ivory furniture (including a Romanian AIM-style vertical grip). This weapon was originally made for the movie Belly, and it was also seen in Lord of War.

Artie Bucco (John Ventimiglia) holds a sporterized Mauser up to Tony after he finds out Tony burnt down his restaurant in the first season episode I Dream of Jeannie Cusamano (1.13) before breaking it apart against his station wagon out of shame and anger. Bobby Bacala (Steven R. Schirripa) carries a similar rifle when helping Tony look for Paulie and Christopher in Pine Barrens (3.11).
Shotguns
Beretta DT-10

He later stashes it under some clothes in a box in the closet of his mother's retirement home apartment.

Mk 2 hand grenade
Benny Fazio (Max Casella) spots a Mk 2 hand grenade inside a secret compartment in the Soprano home where Tony and Carmela keep an Type 84S and a M1911A1.
Bobby Bacala (Steven R. Schirripa) uses a Beretta non-gun in Soprano Home Movies (6.13) to carry out a hit for Tony's French-Canadian friends. In the same episode, a flashback to Johnny Sack's arrest in 2004 shows Tony (James Gandolfini) throwing a pistol into the snow, which a neighbor kid retrieves later that night. Strangely, the pistol resembles a Glock-type weapon when it is thrown by Tony, but is a Beretta non-gun when it is recovered.
Ally Boy Barese uses a Colt .45 non-gun in Amour Fou (3.12) to execute Dino Zerilli after the card game robbery attempt. In the same episode, Patsy Parisi (Dan Grimaldi) holds a 1911 non-gun to Gloria Trillo (Annabella Sciorra) when she refuses to stay away from Tony.
