Mauser WTP
The Mauser WTP was a pocket pistol made by Mauser between 1921-1938 (after 1938 it was renamed WTP I). WTP is short for the German "Westen Taschen Pistole" that mean "Vest pocket pistol". Mauser WTP was chambered in 6.35mm / .25 ACP. In 1938 Mauser started production of the second model WTP II. Until 1940 there was produced more then 50,000 WTP I and WTP II. After the World War 2 a small number of Mauser WTP II was produced in France.
Note: WTP I and WTP II are also known as Model WTP 1 and Model WTP 2 but original Mauser destignation used roman numbers.
