Talk:A Fistful of Dollars
I'll get For a Few Dollars More done sometime this week. -GM
I believe the fake Montigny mitrailleuse/Maxim gun prop used in this film is the same one from the spaghetti western Django, carried in the coffin which the title character (Franco Nero) drags behind him. I'll have to watch Django again to see if this is indeed the case.
Joe?!
his name is not joe, he has no name. i dont know where you got joe from but that is incorrect. the proper way to refer to his charachter is the man with no name, the stranger, or Blondie but only if you are talking about the good the bad and the ugly. please fix this.
- The undertaker refers to him as Joe, and the A Fistful of Dollars IMDB page also states that Clint Eastwood plays "Joe". - Speakeasy804 16:34, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
Joe isnt his real name. He is just called that by the undertaker, like how he is called Manco in For a Few Dollars More and Blondie in The Good the Bad and the Ugly. Its just a nickname.
- I don't think it matters what you call him, if the undertaker refers to him as Joe, then call him Joe, why? because i see alot of characters here referred to by nickname only, and Joe, is alot easier to type over and over again then the man with no name.Kornflakes89 23:08, 22 May 2011 (CDT)
- On the back of the Hugo Montenegro cover LP of the Ennio Morricone musical score photos refer to Clint Eastwood's character as 'Joe' in all the films; perhaps that's where IMDB received their information from?Foofbun (talk) 04:53, 19 May 2017 (EDT)
Guns
There's a Rolling Block Rifle seen when the Rojos make the exchange. Plus the Double looks like a pinfire shotgun to me, seems noteworthy. Black Irish Paddy (talk) 00:20, 19 May 2017 (EDT)
