American Graffiti (1973)

American Graffiti is a 1973 comedy co-written and directed by George Lucas (Star Wars) that follows the lives of several teens living in a small Northern California town in 1962 and what happens to them over the course of one fateful night. The film's cast included Richard Dreyfuss, Charles Martin Smith, and Ron Howard as well as small role for Harrison Ford. A 1979 sequel, More American Graffiti followed several characters into their adult lives.
