Grindhouse
Grindhouse is a Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino double feature released in 2007 consisting of the feature films Death Proof and Planet Terror that were interspersed with mock trailers for fictional Grindhouse films. These trailers were helmed by several well-known horror directors such as Rob Zombie, Eli Roth, Edgar Wright, as well as one by Robert Rodriguez. In keeping with the "grindhouse" feel, the main films and fake trailers were presented digitally scratched and blurred. The two feature films were eventually released in their full length form on DVD in 2007 and then the entire "Grindhouse" experience in 2010. The mock trailers Machete and Hobo with a Shotgun would also be expanded into full length features.

Death Proof
For the weapons featured in Death Proof, the killer car thriller film directed by Quentin Tarantino, please visit the Death Proof page.
Machete
Machete is the first trailer seen in Grindhouse. Directed by Robert Rodriguez, the trailer is for a fake "Mexploitation" revenge film starring Danny Trejo as the title character, a Mexican assassin who seeks retribution on the ones who double-crossed him and left him for head. The trailer also featured Jeff Fahey and Cheech Marin and was included in the Planet Terror video release. Rodriguez would expand the trailer into a full length feature film released in 2010 and a sequel Machete Kills was released in 2013.
The following weapons were used in the trailer for Machete:
Interdynamic KG-9 / Intratec TEC-9
After the senator hires Machete, the camera pans on several guns. This scene is similar to Escape from New York, which John Carpenter directed. Robert Rodriguez also uses music scores similar to John Carpenter themes during the film (and even one theme from Escape from New York). Interdynamic KG-9 / Intratec TEC-9 (which was used in another Carpenter film - Big Trouble in Little China) clearly visible.
Walther CP99 Nighthawk
What appears to be a heavily customized Walther P99 can be seen on a table of guns set out for Machete. This pistol is in fact a Walther CP99 Nighthawk, a CO2 powered airgun replica of the P99 manufactured by Umarex.
Walther P22
A customized stainless Walther P22 is also among the weapons set out for Machete.
Colt M1911A1
A stainless Colt M1911A1 is also among the weapons set out for Machete.
Colt AR-15 Sporter Match HBAR
The sniper rifle used by Machete (Danny Trejo) for the senator's assassination attempt appears to be a Colt AR-15 Sporter Match HBAR fitted with a scope.
Ruger Mini-14
What appears to be a Ruger Mini-14 is used by a henchman to shoot Machete in the shoulder.
Mossberg 500
Father Del Toro (Cheech Marin) using two sawed-off Mossberg 500 shotguns to kill senators henchman as a help for Machete.
Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun
The Priest (Cheech Marin) also holds a Smith & Wesson Model 3000 Shotgun - 12 gauge.
M134 Minigun
Machete is seen using an M134 Minigun mounted on a bike.
Machete's Jacket
Machete using special jacket full of machete and other model knives.
Don't
Don't is a trailer for a fake British horror film directed by Edgar Wright similar in tone to the Hammer films. The trailer's cast includes Jason Isaacs as well as Wright's favorites Nick Frost as "The Baby-Eater" and Simon Pegg as the "Bearded Cannibal in Glasses". There are no firearms in the trailer.
Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving is a trailer for a fake slasher film directed by Eli Roth, parodying such holiday-themed horror films such as Halloween. The trailer features Michael Biehn, Jay Hernandez, Eli Roth himself and his childhood friend Jeff Rendell as the serial killer known as the Pilgrim. There are no firearms seen in the trailer.
Werewolf Women of the SS
Werewolf Women of the SS is a trailer for a fake "Nazisploitation" film directed by Rob Zombie and featuring not only the B-Movie cult stars such as Udo Kier, Tom Towles, Sybil Danning, Bill Moseley, Sheri Moon Zombie but also Nicolas Cage in a surprise cameo as Fu Manchu.
The following weapons were used in the trailer for Werewolf Women of the SS:
Mauser Karabiner 98k
Karabiner 98k rifles are seen in the hands of the German soldiers guarding Death Camp 13 and also in the archive footage which shown with the text in the beginning.
MG42
An MG42 GPMG is seen in the hands of the German officer who transforms into werewolf. The same shot of him firing the gun is seen three times in the "trailer". The Werewolf officer is played by Michael Deak, the special makeup effects artist who collaborated with Rob Zombie on several of his films.
Luger P08
A Luger P08 is seen briefly in the hands of Lt. Boorman (Tom Towles).
Hobo with a Shotgun
Hobo with a Shotgun is a fake action film trailer directed by Canadian filmmaker Jason Eisener and featuring David Brunt in the title role of the hobo turned vigilante. This trailer won the "South by Southwest" contest put on by Robert Rodriguez and was featured in some select screenings of Grindhouse in the United States and Canada, as well as DVD release of the movie. This trailer was later turned into a full length feature film released on Video on Demand and Blu-ray in 2011 with Rutger Hauer as the title character and Brunt in cameo as the cop.
The following weapons were used in the trailer for Hobo with a Shotgun:
Ithaca Model 37 shotgun
Hobo (David Brunt) used an Ithaca 37 shotgun, bought in the shop, to kill various criminals, including corrupt cops, shop robbers and a pedophile in Santa Claus suit.
M16A1 Rifle
The prostitute/assassin (Cadence Macmichael) is seen firing a M16A1 Rifle.
MAC-10
A strange machine pistol, most likely a MAC-10 without magazine (so that it looks a little like Micro Uzi) is seen twice in the movie, used by mugger in the shop and the same female assassin that used the M16A1 Rifle.
Beretta 92FS
One of the muggers uses a Beretta 92FS, that can barely be identified because of the quality and specially made scratches/blurring of the trailer.
M1911
The Pimp (Mike Jackson) is seen with an original M1911, while screaming to a hitman that he wants the Hobo dead.
