Razzia sur la chnouf (French criminal slang for "Raid on the Dope"), released in the USA as Razzia is a 1955 French B&W crime noir movie directed by Henri Decoin and based on a novel by Auguste Le Breton (Rififi, Le rouge est mis, Du rififi chez les femmes, Le clan des Siciliens), starring Jean Gabin and Magali Noël. Paul Liski (Marcel Dalio), boss of the French drug ring, recruits a master criminal Henri Ferré alias "Le Nantais" (Gabin) who returns to France from America. Liski needs to improve efficiency of distribution of drugs, and Ferré, assisted by a pair of hitmen, begins his work. A legal cover for Henri is a restaurant Le Troquet. Soon Henri starts an affair with the restaurant cashier Lisette (Magali Noël). Meanwhile, the deeper Henri gets into the drug trade, the more successful the police become...
The following weapons were used in the film Razzia (Razzia sur la chnouf):
Aime (Albert Rémy) (in English language release he is named Bibi), one of the duo of hitmen, carries a MAS Mle 1892 revolver.
Unidentified revolvers
A revolver is briefly seen in hands of Inspecteur Dupont (Jacques Morlaine) during the ambush on Roger and Aime.
An unidentified revolver is seen among the guns in Liski's gun cache. It seems to be some compact top-break model, possibly a Smith & Wesson or Iver Johnson.
What seems to be a snub nose revolver is very briefly seen in the gun cache.
Pistols
MAB Model D
Henri Ferré (Jean Gabin) carries a MAB Model D pistol. MAB Model D pistols are also seen among the gun, confiscated by police, and in the gun cache in Liski's hunting lodge.
FN Model 1903
During the final shootout, Henri Ferré (Jean Gabin) takes an FN Model 1903 from Liski's gun cache. It switches to an FN Model 1922 due to a continuity error.
FN Model 1922
Roger le Catalan (Lino Ventura), another hitman, carries an FN Model 1922 pistol. During the final shootout, Henri Ferré's (Jean Gabin) FN Model 1903 switches to an FN 1922 due to a continuity error. Police detectives also use FN 1922 pistols.
Walther PPK
Police Commissioner Fernand (Paul Frankeur) holds a Walther PPK in the final scene. Two Walther PPK pistols are also seen among the guns, confiscated during the police raid.
Victoria Model 1911
Jo (François Patrice), a pimp and drug dealer, hides Ruby-style pistol during the police raid. Victoria Model 1911, a version of Ruby with relatively short grip, matches the screen gun good enough.
Ruby Pistols
Several pistols, seen among the confiscated guns, seem to be versions of Ruby.
Walther P38
What appears to be a Walther P38 is seen in a pile of guns, confiscated during the police raid.
Vis wz. 35
A Vis wz. 35 is seen among the guns in Liski's hunting lodge.
M1911A1
An M1911A1 pistol is seen among the guns in Liski's hunting lodge. Several 1911-style pistols are also seen among the guns, confiscated during the police raid.
Luger P08
A pair of Luger P08 pistols is seen among the guns in Liski's hunting lodge.
Unidentified pistols
Numerous pistols are seen too briefly and unclear for the proper identification.
Submachine Guns
Thompson M1A1
Roger le Catalan (Lino Ventura) takes a Thompson M1A1 from the gun cache during the shootout with police on Liski's hunting lodge. One of the police detectives also holds a Thompson, supposedly same M1A1 model.
