Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War (2004)

Beretta 92F

Colonel Orson Perrault can be seen carrying a Beretta 92F as his sidearm, using it to shoot at the main characters as they run from his office after being falsely branded as traitors, but misses. Another one is used by Kei Nagase when downed, Nagase being shown holding it on one of her Yuktobanian pursuers after having managed to turn the tables and capture them. She is later seen again with it when hiding from Sand Island guards prior to escaping from the base. Interestingly, when Perrault fires his Beretta, he only fires six shots before his weapon clicks empty.

M16A1 Rifle

Sand Island Base guards can be seen armed with M16A1 rifles with A2 handguards and what seem to be 40-round magazines when the protagonists make their escape after being branded traitors by the base commander. They open fire on the protagonists as they're making their escape in commandeered trainer jets, but are unable to score any significant hits. During the opening cutscene describing the war that took place 15 years prior to the events of the game (shown in greater detail in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War), soldiers fighting in the war against Belka can be seen armed with M16A1's as well.

FIM-92A Stinger

In the level "Powderkeg", the protagonists are engaged by Yuktobanian soldiers armed with FIM-92A Stinger missiles using the thick jungle below as cover. While not visible save for the incoming missiles, in-game radio chatter among the Yuktobanians confirms the model being used.

Phalanx CIWS

The Phalanx CIWS appears in the game as a defensive weapon on the Osean aircraft carriers Kestrel, Vulture, and Buzzard. It is seen most clearly in a cutscene being fired in a futile attempt to engage incoming anti-ship cruise missiles that strike and ultimately sink the Kestrel. In the level "Narrow Margin", sailors on an Osean warship attempt to engage Yuktobanian missiles with Phalanx fire, belatedly realising their counter-fire is hitting the docks.
