Walther P99AS (Anti Stress) - 9mm. This Walther P99 introduces an 'Anti Stress' mode in the trigger. It is a traditional Double Action shooter with an 'anti stress' bar, designed to inhibit 'accidental firing' under stress conditions. Quick 'jerks' of the trigger, indicative of 'panic firing' are stopped, where as smooth pulls of the trigger, indicative of aimed fire are allowed.

Film

  • Jet Li as Rogue in War (Tutone, said to fire 5.7x28mm depleted Uranium bullets)
  • Holstered across the chest of multiple Armored Sweepers in Equilibrium

Video Games

  • 007: Quantum of Solace (identified in-game as P99, but is clearly a licensed version of the gun. Also notable - it is the second (or third?) generation model, making it one of the first viewings in any media of this model)

Television

  • Various thugs and villains throughout the series of Burn Notice

Anime

  • Mireille Bouquet in Noir
