The Legend of Tarzan is a 2016 adventure movie directed by David Yates (the director of four Harry Potter films and the State of Play BBC miniseries) and stars Alexander Skarsgård as the titular character. This is the 46th adaptation of the novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, since 1918. The movie takes place years after the events of the novel. Tarzan now lives in England with his wife Jane Porter (Margot Robbie) as John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke. However, he returned to the Congo, where he is invited as a trade emissary of Parliament. There he is a pawn in the conspiracy of the corrupt Belgian Captain Léon Rom (Christoph Waltz).

Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873

The French Chamelot-Delvigne Model 1873 is the most used revolver in the movie including Leon Rom (Christoph Waltz) and Dr. Williams (Samuel L. Jackson). Captain Moulle (Ben Chaplin) is seen with a holstered revolver at the beginning.

Schmidt-Rubin M1889

Belgian and Force Publique soldiers are mainly armed with Swiss Schmidt-Rubin M1889 straight-pull bolt action rifles. One of Rom's man uses a scoped variant that is later used by George Washington Williams (Samuel L. Jackson). Some Kuba people use captured rifles.

Turkish Mauser 1890/38

The second used rifle that is used by Belgian soldier and Rom's henchmen is the Turkish Mauser 1890 rifle, upgraded with a 1938 style stock and barrel. This rifles resemble the correct 1889 Belgian Mauser but it lacks the barrel jacket and has a pistol grip stock.

Winchester Model 1873

Dr. Williams uses a Winchester Model 1873 rifle in some scenes after the night attack of the village. He lost it afte he jumped from a cliff into the jungle.

Maxim 1895

Maxim 1895s are used by Belgian, Force Publique and Dr. Williams. Some are mounted on heavy carriage with large spoked wheels, on Rom's boat and on the train with shields.
