This whole page I think needs to be redone. I'm taking a lot of new screenshots already for some weapons not listed, and better shots of ones listed already. I've noticed a good number of the shot used here are cropped images, which looks kinda messy. --Clonehunter (talk) 20:11, 7 May 2013 (EDT) | This whole page I think needs to be redone. I'm wondering if the page should be moved to just "Hobo With a Shotgun." The year is kind of pointless, as there is no other HWaS article on the site, and the original trailer is already documented on the Grindhouse page. --Clonehunter (talk) 17:32, 27 May 2015 (EDT) |

criticizing Muzzle flashes
The muzzle flashes don't look all that unrealistic considering that the footage is INTENTIONALLY off color. This section needs to be deleted as it is unnecessary MoviePropMaster2008 18:23, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
- The thing is, it's the same muzzleflash pasted on to each and every gun. I have the Blu-Ray, and hope to grab good quality screen grabs to update this article with soon. The Behind the Scenes featurettes basically prove that the majority of guns in the film are mime-fired, with the exception of Drake's Taurus, which Ivan shoots into the air during the climax (The slide can be seen moving and casings are ejected, things that are absent from other scenes in the film). --Clonehunter (talk) 17:30, 27 May 2015 (EDT)
Doctor's Gun
In the hospital scene in which the doctor produces a revolver and unloads on the plague, he seems to be using a late-model smith and wesson. Any thoughts?
Looks like an early .357 or .38 special Smith & Wesson. I'd probably have to guess a Model 10, but it could be a Model 13. I'm also pretty sure that the unknown revolver used by the robber is also one of those, possibly the same gun used twice. Desertrat17 (talk) 18:49, 18 September 2012 (EDT)Desertrat17
Pawn and Cop Weapons
Gonna try adding some of the guns seen in the Pawn Shop (Already did the SKS) and gonna try to add some of the wepaons seen with the cops at the end. -Clonehunter 20:47, 2 June 2012 (CDT)
- Eck, having second thoughts on the Officer's assault rifle. Looking at the M16 page the grip looks like something off of the LaFrance Specialties M16K, though the movie gun could just be modified. When matching and labeling for exactness also originally couldn't decided if it could've been a Olympic Arms K23B. Maybe I was right the first time, but I'm just having second thoughts. --Clonehunter 21:00, 5 July 2012 (CDT)
Re-Furb
This whole page I think needs to be redone. I'm taking a lot of new screenshots already for some weapons not listed, and better shots of ones listed already. I've noticed a good number of the shot used here are cropped images, which looks kinda messy. --Clonehunter (talk) 20:11, 7 May 2013 (EDT)
Move Page?
I'm wondering if the page should be moved to just "Hobo With a Shotgun." The year is kind of pointless, as there is no other HWaS article on the site, and the original trailer is already documented on the Grindhouse page. --Clonehunter (talk) 17:32, 27 May 2015 (EDT)
