Multiple hunting rifles and pistols are seen in the hunting store in Fortitude when DCI Eugene Morton ([[Stanley Tucci]]) looks to see if they stock the same bullet given to him by Yuri Lubimov. They are displayed on the walls and stored in the armoury in the back.

Members of the Norwegian Police Service stationed in Fortitude carry the Glock 17 as their sidearm. This includes Sheriff Dan Anderssen (Richard Dormer), Officer Eric Odegard (Björn Hlynur Haraldsson), Officer Ingrid Witry (Mia Jexen) and Officer Petra Bergen (Alexandra Moen). DCI Eugene Morton (Stanley Tucci) borrows a Glock from the police armoury before he visits Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina) in the Russian mining town.
Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina) carries a Smith & Wesson Model 19 before it is confiscated by Sheriff Anderssen (Richard Dormer). Frank Sutter (Nicholas Pinnock), the Search & Rescue pilot, also uses a Model 19 when aiding the police. Another Model 19 is seen in the hunting shop's gun room.
The Remington 700 BDL serves as the choice of rifle for many Fortitude residents, and is standard issue for members of the Norwegian Police Service stationed there. Sheriff Anderssen (Richard Dormer) briefly loans his to Yuri Lubimov (Emil Hostina). Henry Tyson (Michael Gambon), Ronnie Morgan (Johnny Harris) and Carrie Morgan (Elisabeth Dormer-Phillips) also carry the same model.
Jason Donnelly (Aaron McCusker) is seen briefly handling a Remington 700 SPS (a modern variant of the Remington 700) before he is arrested by Sheriff Dan Anderssen (Richard Dormer). Elena Ledesma (Verónica Echegui) carries the same model for protection.
