Cop Story (Flic Story) is a 1975 French crime movie directed by Jacques Deray. The movie is based on the real story of police inspector Roger Borniche (Alain Delon) and criminal Émile Buisson (Jean-Louis Trintignant).

In the beginning of the movie Émile Buisson (Jean-Louis Trintignant) is armed with Walther P38. Later he changed it to M1911A1 and to the end of the movie Buisson got another P38 - he called this model his favorite weapon.
After Buisson's P38 jammed, he changed it for M1911A1, taken from his henchman René Bollec (Maurice Barrier). Buisson used this pistol in several scenes until he changed it to another P38.
