The Hitcher is the 2007 remake of the 1986 movie of the same name.
The following weapons were used in the film The Hitcher (2007):
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is taken by Jim Halsey (Zachary Knighton) from a sheriff when he was about to draw it from his holster. And Jim uses it in a few scenes in the film. Other sheriffs and a few police officers use it throughout the film.
Glock 17
Police Officers are armed with Glock 17s aiming them at Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) demanding she drops her weapon when she's in the 18 wheeler threatening to kill John Ryder (Sean Bean) if he doesn't let go of Jim (Zachary Knighton) who is tied up between the truck and the carriage. John Ryder also uses one at the end of the movie to kill the driver of the prisoner transport van, but disgards it afterwards.
Smith & Wesson 4506
John Ryder (Sean Bean) uses a Smith & Wesson 4506 to kill the law enforcement officers that were pursuing Grace and Jim and then he drives past them after killing the officers.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 686 throughout the movie. At first this revolver can be seen in Deputy Harlan Bremmer Jr.'s hands. Jim Halsey also used this revolver

Ruger 10/22
A Ruger 10/22 can be seen in a gun cabinet in sheriff's office
Colt AR-15 Carbine
What appears to be a AR-15 Carbine with a scope is used by John Ryder (Sean Bean) in a sniping/chase sequence. A sheriff can be seen also using one while hanging out the window of one of the police cruisers firing at Grace and Jim as they are driving away resisting arrest.
Beretta 92FS Inox
A Beretta 92FS Inox is Lt. Estridge's (Neal McDonough) sidearm. It was holstered and he was stuck in his SUV so he couldn't reach it. In other words, It was taken by Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) to kill John Ryder (Sean Bean). Due to a continuity error, it changes to a discharged Glock once Ryder is dead.
Mossberg 590
A Mossberg 590 shotgun is used during the finale by John Ryder (Sean Bean) and later by Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush)
Unknown Shotgun
An officer can be seen with this searching the station for Grace, Jim and John after they escape.
