Punisher: War Zone is not a sequel to The Punisher, and therefore has a completely different set of firearms.
See the talk page for the main guns Frank is equipped with.
The following guns appear in the film:
Colt M4A1
During the final assault, Frank (Ray Stevenson) takes a M4A1 Carbine that has the carry handle removed and has been fitted with a red dot sight, a sound suppresser, and a short version of the AG36 grenade launcher. This rifle may be an mix of M4A1 and the new Barrett REC 7 rifle, in particular the barrel of Frank's rifle. Before the big huge gun battle at the hotel, Frank screws on the suppressor on the barrel. The only rifle or barrell that I have seen in which someone can just mount a suppressor with such ease in the barrel of the Barret REC 7. Besides that the rest of the rifle in the M4A1.
- He could have just removed the flash hider. There are plenty of suppressors that can be fitted on very easily, one such is Gemtech.
- Doesn't it show him screwing it on in the movie?
- Yeah, but first you hear him "click" it on and then screw it. Gemtech suppressors does that. There is nothing about this rifle that tells it's a REC 7. Why does everyone think a cool looking AR is NOT an M4 anymore? I mean, in the "discussion" section of this page, a direct qoute from the military advisor of the film saids it's an M4.
The suppressor is an M4-2000 by Advanced Armament Corp.
H&K AG36 Grenade Launcher short version
Frank Castle shortens an Heckler & Koch AG36 Grenade Launcher to make it more light weight.
- This is a product called the AGX made by Madbull, an Airsoft manufacturer. They have been making reference to its use in the film for some time now.
M203 Grenade Launcher
Frank is seen using this, but it was a stand alone, and apparently the effects guys made it looked like he fired a missile out of it.
- Could it be a Cobray M79LF stand alone launcher then?
- It could be, but I'd say leave it until we have complete comfirmation.
- Oh it probably isn't because those just fire flares. I have seen a lot of airsoft m203 with a pistol grip. It might be something like that.
- It could be, but I'd say leave it until we have complete comfirmation.
- Right, but this is a movie. In movies, they often pretend that Cobray flare launchers fire grenades, because the launcher just has to fire a non-lethal projectile, while stuntmen and pyrotechnics take care of the rest. Please visit our Cobray flare launcher page for more on this. -MT2008 01:35, 11 December 2008 (UTC)
Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum Revolver
Frank Castle keeps a performance center version of the Smith & Wesson Model 500 as one of his sidearms. He has this stainless version with extended ejector shroud and also one with a supressed black barrel and a Knight's Armament RIS setup, flashlight, and laser. A bunch of one of the gangs were given to them, some standard and some with scopes.
Beretta 92FS
Frank Castle uses twin stainless Berettas with extended mags and converted to full-auto in the movie. The gun expert for the film claimed to have given him Beretta 92FS for the dinner scene, but it definitely looks like Microchip gave him a pair of INOXs for later scenes.
Are these INOX or 92FS, They should be 92fs according to the armorer
Beretta INOX
H&K MP5K
Used in the first gunfight scene. They are seen with stainless steel recievers and they have thier foregrips removed, making them true "machine pistols".
H&K MP5A2
Anyone know what the pistols are exactly?
H&K USP
What is said to have been used as Frank's semi-automatic backup, sometimes seen with an attached flashlight. There haven't been clear enough pics to prove this yet.
Heckler & Koch SL8
Frank Castle uses the SL8 to snipe one of the members of the urban freeflow gang, then shoots the leader once in each thigh.
Beretta 9000
MAC-10
Infinity 1911
Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) keeps a Strayer Voight Infinity 1911 pistol as one of his sidearms. Early in the film, the first two 'combat' scenes, he pulls this from his right thigh holster a few times, it appears to have a flashlight of unknown make on its underbarrel rail.
- Are you sure that's not the USP the armorer mentions on the talk page?
Heckler & Koch Mk 23
Heckler & Koch HK416
MILKOR MGL 40MM
Heckler & Koch MP7A1
Glock 17
Glock 22
AKMS
Many of the Russian gangsters used AKMS against the Chinese gang
H&K MP5A3
Unknown shotguns
SA80 - L85A1/2
Seen in Micro's room full of guns along with AKs
Franchi PA3
Possibly what was used by Castle to blow the guy's face off.
Im pretty sure it was a Serbu Super Shorty 9 12GA that blew off the guys head.
- Based on the forgrip curve, I must disagree.
Mini Crossbow
-Just wondering, is this a real gun or just a prop?
Fairly certain this is just a prop.
Guns in this pic?

- mp5
