Raw Deal (1948) was a film-noir directed by Anthony Mann (The Furies, Winchester '73) and starred Dennis O'Keefe, Claire Trevor, Marsha Hunt, John Ireland, and Raymond Burr. An escaped convict, Joe Sullivan (O’Keefe), intent on seeking revenge against mob boss Rick Coyle (Burr), falls in love with his hostage.
