The following weapons were used in the film Body of Lies:
CIA officer Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio) uses a Glock 19 as his main sidearm throughout the film. It is most notably seen when he threatens a Jihadist in the Desert.
The M1911A1 is briefly seen in the the hands of Ferris' CIA operative Bassam (Oscar Isaac) briefly during the first desert fight. CIA operative Skip (Vince Colosimo) also carries a 1911.
The Specialist firearms team that prepares to assault the terrorist hideout carry Heckler & Koch MP5A3's fitted with tactical flashlights and red dot sights. Some are seen with the Navy trigger group.
Ferris uses a SA Vz.61 Skorpion with a 20-round magazine during the Al-Saleem safehouse shootout. Ferris also uses his Skorpion to eliminate one of his assets in the city. During this scene, the Skorpion sounded suppressed without a suppressor fitted.
The Heckler & Koch G36 is seen briefly in the opening scene where a Specialist Firearms team moves into a building where a terrorist is making a bomb. The rifles have RIS rails on the top of the receiver and have EOtech Holographic sights mounted and flashlights mounted to the side of the barrel. Because the rest of the barrels weren't exposed to light, it is hard to tell if they were full size G36 or Ks.
CIA Agent Roger Ferris (Leonardo DiCaprio) uses the Heckler & Koch G36C when he and Bassam are being chased in the desert. The rifle is fitted with the dual optics carrying handle usually seen on the G36K.
During the battle scenes in Iraq, we see U.S. Marines fighting with M4A1s mounted with ACOG and EOtech sights. One U.S. Marines has his EOtech sight mounted backwards, apparently mistaken for a reflex sight. An M4 was also briefly seen in the opening scene in the hands of one of British policemen who raid a terrorist hideout.
Terrorists uses RPG-7's during the desert chase to try and take out the attack helicopter. While they miss the helicopter, one of the RPG's is able to hit the car carrying Ferris and Bassam.
