[[Heckler & Koch HK94]] semiautomatic carbines (modified to resemble [[Heckler & Koch MP5A3]] SMGs) are widely used by Neo-Nazis including two of the attackers in clown masks. In the final scene fake MP5A3s are seen in hands of SWAT officers. In the scene of the attack at Jake Wilder's house the attackers fire only semi-auto so these HK94s are not converted to full auto fire.

Top Dog is a 1995 action comedy directed by Aaron Norris and starring Chuck Norris as San Diego cop Jake Wilder who works with police dog named Reno against a dangerous Neo-Nazi organisation.
The following weapons are seen in the movie Top Dog:
Otto Dietrich's (Kai Wulff) personal weapon is stainless or nickel plated Walther PPK. In the final scene Karl Koller (Peter Savard Moore) also carries a stainless PPK (supposedly it's the same movie prop).
Glock pistols are used by San Diego police officers and detectives including Capt. Ken Callahan (Clyde Kusatsu), Savannah Boyette (Michele Lamar Richards) and Lt. Mark Curtains (Francesco Quinn). Border Patrol officers also carry Glock pistols (Eric Norris, Chuck Norris' second son, appeares in this scene as a Border Patrol officer). These pistols are supposedly 2nd Generation Glock 17s but not for sure.
In the scene on the Mexican border an illegal arms trader fires an Intratec TEC-9 pistol at Border Patrol officers. Though his TEC-9 fires semi-auto, the sound is of full auto fire.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s are widely used by Neo-Nazis including two of the attackers in clown masks. In the final scene MP5A3s are seen in hands of SWAT officers.
Several of Neo Nazi terrorists are armed with AKMS assault rifles (it can be original Russian AKMS or its copy like Hungarian AMMS). This gun fires only semi-auto.
During the scene in terrorists training camp a long-haired man is armed with a CAR-15 variant with an M203 grenade launcher. This gun fires only semi-auto so it can be a converted AR15 Sporter 1 Carbine. The same rifle is used by one of the SWAT officers in the final scene. This carbine with grenade launcher looks very similar to the ones used in other 1990s action movies like Double Impact, Predator 2 and RoboCop 3.
