Helen Cutter uses a Beretta Cougar, not the PX4 storm as was previously stated, this can be seen in the lower pictures as they both show the pistols have seperate grip panels that the PX4 doesnt have, and the front profile of the pistol in the picture of helen is also wrong for a PX4

Further investigation shows that it is more likely to be a Walther Nighthawk, as seen in the image. Although the image is not clear, you can makeout the Walther style trigger guard and the walther logo and the word nighthawk on the slide.

Revision as of 02:13, 22 December 2011
The following guns were used in the British ITV television series Primeval:
The lack of safety/decocker on the slide means this is either a 4046 or a 5946(I suspect the latter as this is a UK production).
Beretta Cougar
Helen Cutter uses a Beretta Cougar, not the PX4 storm as was previously stated, this can be seen in the lower pictures as they both show the pistols have separate grip panels that the PX4 doesn't have, and the front profile of the pistol in the picture of Helen is also wrong for a PX4
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Heckler & Koch MP5
Heckler & Koch MP5SD
The Heckler & Koch MP5SD is used by Captain Becker in the final episode of series 3.
FNP90
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36C
The Heckler & Koch G36C was used by Stephen Hart in Episode 1 to kill a Gorgonopsid. Also used by most members of the security team.
M4/M4A1 Carbine
The M4/M4A1 Carbine is used by Captain Tom Ryan in Season 1,and Cutter and Stephen in Season 2. Manufacturer unknown, but has carry handle with ACOG,vertical foregrip and flashlight.
A Double barrel shotgun is used by Mr West (Ian Ralph) to take Jenny Lewis hostage (Lucy Brown) later Conner Temple (Andrew Lee Potts) takes possession of it.
Other
Grenade
H&K AG36 Grenade Launcher
Captain Becker (Ben Mansfield) apparently shortens a Heckler & Koch AG36 Grenade Launcher to make it lighter and perhaps handier in close quarters. Prop wise, this is an airsoft product called the AGX made by Madbull (a grenade launcher that can be mounted on any picatinny rail equipped rifle)
M203 grenade launcher
Unknown harpoon gun
Unknown guns
This gun is used by Jenny Lewis in season 3. It is a Webley & Scott Stinger .177 (4.5mm) air pistol
This is Connor's gun in season 2-3.
A closer shot...
It is possible that this could be a Walther nighthawk or a Beretta xx-treme. Both are .177 (4.5mm) Co2 powered air pistols.
The Walther Nighthawk
The Beretta xx-treme
Further investigation shows that it is more likely to be a Walther Nighthawk, as seen in the image. Although the image is not clear, you can make out the Walther style trigger guard and the Walther logo and the word nighthawk on the slide.
