The Taurus Model 85 is a snub nose 5 shot revolver chambered for .38 special. It came in full hammer Blued, but also was available in Stainless Steel. The bobbed hammer, humped backed "concealed carry" version is the Taurus Model 851 which owes its design lineage to the Smith & Wesson Model 38/49 Bodyguard series of revolvers. Both the Model 85 and the 851 come in different style variations as well as finishes.
