Special Ops: Lioness is a Paramount+ original streaming series starring Zoe Saldana as Joe, a covert operative who recruits Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira), a young woman and US Force Recon Marine, into a secret CIA program codenamed "Lioness", in order to take down a terrorist organization from the inside. The series' cast includes Michael Kelly, Morgan Freeman, and Nicole Kidman. The series, which premiered on the streaming service Paramount+ in July of 2023, was created by Taylor Sheridan and several episodes were directed by John Hillcoat.

In "The Beating" (S1E02), what appears to be a Glock 17 pistol fitted with a red dot sight and a tactical weaponlight is being stripped for cleaning. It's seen with Bobby (Jill Wagner) as her personal sidearm.
During the intro credits of every episode of Season 1, Joe is seen holding a SIG-Sauer MCX VIRTUS. One fitted with an EOTech EXPS2, LA-23/PEQ Squad Aiming Laser, tac light, and suppressor is seen in a weapons case in "The Beating" (S1E02). Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira) uses a suppressed VIRTUS while masquerading as a BATF SRT opearator in "Truth is the Shrewdest Lie".
Suppressed SIG-Sauer MCX-SPEAR LT rifles are used by Joe, Kyle and the SAC team when they masquerade as a BATF Special Response Team (SRT) tac team in "Truth is the Shrewdest Lie" (S1E05).
Bobby is seen using a suppressed Heckler & Koch G28 rifle with a SIG-Sauer TANGO6 low-powered variable optic in "Sacrificial Soldiers" (S1E01), being used as her primary weapon.
Tucker uses a Humvee-mounted Browning M2HB Heavy Machine Gun to fend off an ISIL attack in "Sacrificial Soldiers". Archived video of an Abrams MBT being attacked by an IED is seen at the end of "Wish the Fight Away".
The USAF A-10 Thunderbolt II ground-attack fighter jet is seen firing its General Electric GAU-8/A Avenger cannon at the ISIL onslaught in Kobane in "Sacrificial Soldiers" (S1E01).
When the team conducts their "CQB training" in the team room inside a house in Fort Liberty, Bobby gets fed up and pops an M83 Smoke Grenade on them, setting off the smoke detectors in "The Beating" (S1E02).
A Milkor MGL is used to fire smoke grenades in "Sacrificial Soldiers" (S1E01). Based on the shorter barrel and barrel interior, this launcher is likely an airsoft replica.
