Handguns
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is taken by Jim Halsey (Zachary Knighton) in a standoff with police thanks to Grace Andrews (Sophia Bush) who asks Jim to take the weapon from Officer Edwards (Danny Bolero) when he was about to draw it from his holster while thinking they are the ones responsible for the serial killings. Other police officers and sheriff's deputies also carry this pistol throughout the film.
Beretta 92FS Inox
A Beretta 92FS Inox is carried by Lt. Esteridge (Neal McDonough). Grace (Sophia Bush) takes it from him for protection then goes to the police van to go after John Ryder (Sean Bean) who was being transported, but Ryder disarms Grace of it, traps her in the van, and uses the Beretta to kill Lt. Esteridge.
Glock 17
Police officers draw their Glock 17s on Grace (Sophia Bush), demanding she drops her weapon when she's in the cabin of the 18 wheeler threatening to kill John (Sean Bean) if he doesn't let go of Jim (Zachary Knighton) who is tied up between the tractor and the trailer of the 18 wheeler. John who was being transported to another prison in the police van takes a Glock from one of the officers who were guarding him after the officer was killed with the handcuffs when John painfully slipped out of them. Then John uses the officer's Glock to kill another officer who was riding shotgun.
Smith & Wesson 4506
Ryder (Sean Bean) uses a Smith & Wesson 4506 to kill the policemen that were pursuing Grace and Jim who were being accused of the murders.
Smith & Wesson Model 686
A Smith & Wesson Model 686 can be seen in Deputy Harlan Bremmer Jr.'s (Travis Schuldt) hands. Grace (Sophia Bush) later takes it and keeps it. She later holds it on Officer Edwards during a brief standoff. Jim also holds this revolver.
Shotguns
Mossberg 590
A Mossberg 590 shotgun is taken from the front cabin of the police van that was transporting John Ryder (Sean Bean) after John disarmed Grace of Lt. Estridge's Beretta and threw her into the van and shut the doors. The Mossberg was used by Grace (Sophia Bush) to finish off John after breaking out of the van at the end of the film. A police officer can be also seen with a similar shotgun while searching the police station for Grace, Jim and John after they escape.
Rifles
Ruger 10/22
A Ruger 10/22 can be seen in a gun cabinet in sheriff's office.
Unidentified AR-15 Variant
An unidentified AR-15 variant with a scope is used by John Ryder (Sean Bean) in a sniping sequence. A police officer can be also seen using this weapon while hanging out the window of the police cruiser firing at Grace and Jim as they are driving away resisting arrest, because they are not the ones they want.
