Where do you get all these guns from? Out of the air? I do not see the M3 infrared sight (and this is not the M3), let alone everything else. And Mauser Selbstlader... huh. --Slon95 (talk) 13:10, 8 April 2019 (EDT)

The M3 is just another Mini-14. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:29, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
And that is not an M1919, it's an M2 .50 caliber machine gun. --Funkychinaman (talk) 13:58, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
The M2 carbine is also another Mini-14. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:00, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
The Hawk 372 is just another Remington 870, but with a slug barrel and a sling attachment on the barrel nut. --Funkychinaman (talk) 14:02, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
The same about the "FN Trombone". And I do not see the distinctive features of the Springfield M1911. And G3 is clearly not an early version with wooden furniture, but HK91. --Slon95 (talk) 14:18, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
Might not want to use the rape scene as a screenshot either for the M4.--AgentGumby (talk) 14:50, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
The S&W auto has the double-stack bulge in a couple shots, which means it can't be a 639. That said, it also appears to have wraparound grips in other shots, that plus the blued hammer suggest this might actually be a later-model 5906. StanTheMan (talk) 22:25, 8 April 2019 (EDT)
Many thanks! I had correct the wrong ID. Pyramid Silent (talk) 15:23, 9 April 2019 (EDT)

IDs

How did you make the IDs on the Springfield Armory Mil-Spec M1911A1 and the Birmingham Small Arms Lee-Speed Sporter? --Funkychinaman (talk) 15:28, 9 April 2019 (EDT)

The Springfield was credited in the movie (as “.45 Springfield”), The Lee-Enfiled can be ID by its typical mag.

And is it true that cheap Russian shotguns of the 20s are so popular in the USA? --Slon95 (talk) 16:37, 9 April 2019 (EDT)
Visual evidence trumps dialogue. Is there any way you can visually confirm that it's a Sprinfield? And I don't see an external magazine on the Lee-Enfield. --Funkychinaman (talk) 16:02, 9 April 2019 (EDT)
I had uploaded a few more screenshots: Pyramid Silent (talk) 16:29, 9 April 2019 (EDT)

Hey Pyramid Silent; some of the IDs are still suspect; it is best if you don't rush to add the links on the other gun pages right now. Some of the problems FCM and Slon95 pointed out and currently still exist are:

  • "FN Trombone" identification uncertain
  • M1911 variant identification uncertain
  • Unlikelihood of Frolov shotgun being in an American film production
  • Lee-Enfield identification uncertain

Regarding the "Frolov", I asked some of the guys on Gun wiki; they said that the cocking knob on the gun resembles a Springfield M1903 much more than a Mosin. It might be a customized sporterized Springfield or some variation thereof. --Wuzh (talk) 13:22, 10 April 2019 (EDT)

And Browning Auto-5 is obviously not it. The triggerguard resembles the Winchester 1200/1300, and the gun itself is obviously not young. I don't even know what it is, this is some kind of rare gun. --Slon95 (talk) 13:49, 10 April 2019 (EDT)

The muzzle attachment on the rifle

I want ask about the "Howa M1500," not exactly on the issue of IDs but on the muzzle attachment; what is this thing? --Wuzh (talk) 13:28, 10 April 2019 (EDT)

I guess, it's a flash suppressor. Pyramid Silent (talk) 13:33, 10 April 2019 (EDT)
Muzzle break. No point to a flash suppressor on a hunting rifle.--Mandolin (talk) 16:56, 10 April 2019 (EDT)
