Doom: Annihilation (2019)

Doom: Annihilation is an upcoming science-fiction film based on the Doom video game franchise by iD Software. Rather than a remake of or a sequel to the 2005 Doom film starring Dwayne Johnson and Karl Urban, Doom: Annihilation is instead set to be more closely based on the more recent 2016 Doom video game and its upcoming sequel Doom: Eternal. It is being directed by Tony Giglio (Chaos).

The following weapons were used in the film Doom: Annihilation:

Beretta 92FS

Promotional photos reveal that at least some of the space marine characters, including Rance (Amer Chadha-Patel) and Akua (Chidi Ajufo), carry Beretta 92FS pistols. Joan Dark (Amy Manson) is seen dual wielding Berettas during the teaser trailer.

Chidi Ajufo and Amer Chadha-Patel pose with Beretta 92FS handguns for a promotional photo, with Chadha-Patel perhaps being a bit too brazen with his play. Despite that, the angle shows us that his seems to be uniquely equipped with some kind of laser sight or flashlight. The barrel/slide appears to be shorter as well. Given the low quality of the photo, it's a bit hard to tell if it even is a Beretta, as what appears to be an edge of the gun's unique slide may simply be a ridge, and that the part above the lighted ridge may not be a barrel.

Joan Dark (Amy Manson) dual wields pistols in the teaser trailer. Despite the discussion of "Reflective ridges" above, the reflection line on the gun in her left hand shows off the tell-tale design of the Beretta's slide. The gun in her right hand is something else, identifiable by the block slide and small ejection port.

M4 Carbine

What appears to be an M4A1 Carbine, or some variant thereof, seems to serve as the base of a "space marine rifle." There appear to be at least three variants, two of which are differentiated by having either a C-More style red dot sight or an EOTECH like holographic sight. A third variant has a longer barrel than the other two.

Amy Manson poses with her AR/M4 "space rifle" for a promo photo. Note the A2 flash hider, STANAG magazine, and dust cover over the ejection port. For now, this will be referred to as the "Type A" rifle. The gadget beneath the hand guard is a flashlight, which can be seen being used during the trailer, hinting at scenes that probably won't be too dissimilar from the various "flashlight sweep" sequences from the first Doom movie.

A row of "Type B" rifles from the teaser. Note the thicker furniture, angled foregrips, and the holographic sights.

Either the "Type B" or a new "Type C" rifle (left), distinguishable by a difficult to see charging handle of sorts near the ejection port. Given that the housing appears to cover up where the charging handle would be, this guns most likely operate as side chargers. An AR STANAG mag is also barely visible.

BFG 9000

A staple of any Doom related media, what appears to be a BFG 9000 is held by Joan Dark (Amy Manson).

Unidentified rifles/machine guns

A promotional photo shows two "futurized" long guns sitting in a wall case, one of which bears a slight resemblance to an RPD-type weapon.
