Upgraded, current manufacture version of the PP-19, designated as the "Bizon-2". This version introduced several changes, a redesigned flash hider to accept a suppressor and the introduction of three new calibers, the 9x19mm Para, .380 ACP, and 7.62x25mm Tokarev. An additional version, the "Bizon-2-01", has a top-folding stock instead of the side-folding stock.

The most obvious visual differences between the old and new Bizon are the following: front and rear sight design, flash hider, magazine design and the point where it is attached under the front sight, and the size of the vent holes.
