The Glock 26 is used by the amnesiac Rip, now brainwashed by the Legion of Doom, to 1776 to assassinate George Washington at the end of "Legion of Doom", being used as his sidearm. Despite being very close to the camera, the effects to make the gun fire are sloppy done and consist only of a sound effect and crude muzzle flash while the gun remains still.
Abwehr agents disguised as American soldiers open fire on Albert Einstein, Mick and Martin with a Luger P08 with suppressor and later uses by Rip Hunter (Arthur Davrill). Baron Krieger (André Eriksen) hold a Luger P08 in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). The Wehrmarcht uses them as their main sidearm.
The Palmer Cap-Chur Short Range Projector is used by CIA agents in 1951 to capture Mick, Maya and Nathan as tranquilizer pistols in "Invasion".

Remington 1866 Derringer
The Remington 1866 Derringer is used by a female posse member of Turnbull's gang in "Outlaw Country" (S2E06).

SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by security staff working at Star City Hall at the start of "Out of Time" (S2E01).
An Abwehr agent disguised as an American soldier fires on Albert Einstein, Mick and Martin with a Walther P38 with suppressor and later during the confrontation with Darhk, an Abwehr agent uses the Walther P38.
Henry Heywood / Commander Steel (Matthew MacCaull) carries a M1911A1 in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02) as his sidearm. It's used by Sarah and Nathan Heywood (Nick Zano) while posing as BI agent Elliot Ness in "The Chicago Way".
The Colt 1851 Navy revolver is used by a time traveler and some of the armed men working under Turnbull's gang in Colorado at the start of "Outlaw Country" (S2E06).
What appears to be a heavily modified Nagant M1895 is used by Rip Hunter (Arthur Davrill) as his main sidearm. The pistol is actually an Airsoft replica manufactured by Gletcher (the company logo is visible on the left side of the frame) which has had the ejector rod and housing removed, been fitted with a heavy barrel, and had LED lighting installed inside the cut out cylinder. A Rip Hunter actor is seen in 1967 LA using it during a film shoot in "The Chicago Way".
The Heckler & Koch MP5K makes a return in "Invasion", having the futurized laser gun furniture on. It's seen at the end of "The Chicago Way" with a sci-fi stuntman in 1967 LA. Jackson uses it in "Land of the Lost" while traveling with Sarah deep inside Rip's mind.
The M1928 Thompson is seen in "The Chicago Way" with Al Capone's soldiers. Amaya and Rory (Dominic Purcell) use them to take on Capone's forces guarding a truck during a heist.
Wehrmarcht soldiers are armed with Karabiner 98ks seen in World War II, first seen in a black and white image in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). Oddly enough, some US Army soldiers in "Invasion" are seen using them instead of the M1 Garand.
A Spencer 1860 Carbine is seen on display at a bar in the middle of "Outlaw Country" (S2E06). It also appears to be on Mick Rory's statue near the end of "Turncoat" (S2E11).
Henry Heywood / Commander Steel (Matthew MacCaull) carries a Winchester Model 1897, first seen near the end of "Out of Time" (S2E01). as his main weapon of choice.
The Browning M2HB is strangely seen in a Wehrmarcht convoy during a raid, as well as with American B-17 bombers in "The Justice Society of America" (S2E02). They're seen mounted on M151 Jeeps in "Invasion".
The gun used by Leonard Snart was kept by Mick throughout Season 2 and hands it to Ray at the end of "Abomination" as its first appearance. Amaya handles it briefly while taking on Eobard Thawne in "The Chicago Way". Multiple CGs are used by the team when Eobard enter the WaveRider. The pre-Legends Snart uses it as well in the season after being recruited by the Legion of Doom.
Laser pistols are used by Darkh and Malcolm when they infiltrate 1967 LA in "Raiders of the Lost Art", serving as their sidearm after they form the Legion of Doom. Alternate Central City Star Labs guards use them in "Doomworld". The main body is built from a Magpul hardguard.
