London Has Fallen is the 2016 sequel to 2013's Olympus Has Fallen. The sequel follows US Secret Service Agent Mike Banning (Gerard Butler), who is in London with US President Benjamin Asher (Aaron Eckhart) to attend the funeral of the British Prime Minister, and subsequently find themselves trying to survive another terrorist incident. Also returning from the original film are Morgan Freeman, Angela Bassett, Melissa Leo, Radha Mitchell and Robert Forster.
The following weapons were used in the film London Has Fallen:
Handguns
SIG-Sauer P229R
US Secret Service Agent Mike Banning (Gerard Butler) carries the SIG-Sauer P229R as his primary firearm in the film. The pistol is also seen in the hands of President Benjamin Asher (Aaron Eckhart) and MI6 Agent Jacqueline "Jax" Marshall (Charlotte Riley). True to real life, the P229 is the standard issue sidearm of the USSS agents, alongside with the FN Five-seveN. However, unlike the E2 model used in the previous film Olympus Has Fallen, the older railed variant is seen featured in this film. It appears to be chambered in 9mm instead of the correct .357 SIG used by the USSS.
SIG-Sauer P226
Some of the Secret Service agents are armed with the SIG-Sauer P226.
Glock 17
True to real life, London Metropolitan Police officers carry the Glock 17 as their sidearms. Terrorists disguised as MPS officers are also seen with them, alongside with Kamran Barkawi (Waleed Zuaiter) and Sultan Mansoor (Mehdi Dehbi). Interestingly, in the prequel Olympus Has Fallen, the Glock also serves as the primary firearm of the terrorists, notably when they invade the White House.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The Heckler & Koch MP5K is carried by several terrorists. President Benjamin Asher (Aaron Eckhart) also uses a MP5K during the finale.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen in the hands of London Metropolitan Police officers.
Heckler & Koch UMP-9
A terrorist is armed with the Heckler & Koch UMP-9 during the initial attack.
Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion
Terrorists seen in the London Underground open fire with various submachine guns, one of them using a Skorpion.
Rifles
Enfield L85A2
Terrorists posing as members of the Queen's Guard are seen marching with and firing Enfield L85A2 rifles outside of Buckingham Palace.
Heckler & Koch G36C
Terrorists are seen firing Heckler & Koch G36C rifles from a commandeered London Police Patrol Car while chasing down President Asher and Banning. The weapon also is seen used by Banning in the finale.
Heckler & Koch G36K
The Heckler & Koch G36K is carried by SAS operatives.
Heckler & Koch HK416
Several terrorists disguised as Delta Force operatives are armed with Heckler & Koch HK416 assault rifles. Agent Banning is later given an HK416 by the SAS soldiers he links up with and uses it for the majority of the final assault on the terrorists' stronghold. SAS Lieutenant Will Davies (Bryan Larkin) is also armed with a HK416 with a 14.5-inch barrel.
M4A1 Carbine
A few of the terrorists disguised as Delta Force operatives use M4-type rifles.
AKS-74U
The terrorists pursuing Banning and President Asher fire AKS-74U carbines.
AK-47
Some of the terrorists carry AK-47 rifles.
Arsenal AR
Arsenal AR rifles (Bulgarian-made milled-receiver AK-47s with modernized furniture) are used by various terrorists.
Norinco Type 56-1
Mike Banning (Gerard Butler) also commandeers and uses the Norinco Type 56-1.
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
What appears to be a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 sniper rifle is used in the film.
Other
Incendiary Grenade
A terrorist uses an incendiary grenade with magnets to disable the Presidential Limousine.
Hand Grenade
Banning retrieves a hand grenade from a terrorist which he later uses at Charing Cross Station.
Smoke Grenade
Banning also retrieves a smoke grenade from a fallen terrorist.
FIM-92A Stinger
Several terrorists are seen firing what appear to be FIM-92A Stingers from rooftops in London to bring down Marine One and its escorts.
Milkor MGL
A disguised terrorist can be seen firing what appears to be a Milkor MGL launcher. Based on the shorter barrel and the white-tipped rim and barrel interior, this launcher is in reality an airsoft replica.
