Eight Hundred Leagues Down the Amazon is the 1993 Peruan-American adventure movie, loosely based by the novel of Jules Verne La Jangada. Huit Cents Lieues sur l’Amazone and directed by Luis Llosa.

Minha (Daphne Zuniga) takes Colt 1860 Army for protection. Roja (Adam Baldwin) captures this revolver.
Garral (Barry Bostwick) carries Colt 1851 Navy throughout the movie. Another Colt 1851 Navy can be seen in the hands of Constable (David Killerby).
Minha (Daphne Zuniga) uses Colt 1862 Navy at the film climax.
