Glock 26

The murder weapon in the Pilot is found to be Glock 26. DCI Ian Reed (Steven Mackintosh) disassembles one for DCI Luther's benefit, describing it as a "Glock 26 lightweight compact pistol, weighs less then 16 ounces, carbon steel spring and barrel, polymer frame and components". Luther later determines that the Glock was chosen because the barrel could be melted down; the murder weapon was placed in the throat of a dog with the knowledge that it would be cremated.

Rifles

Heckler & Koch PSG-1 (mock-up)

A CO19 Sniper is armed with the Heckler & Koch PSG-1 during a standoff in Episode 6. The PSG-1 used in this episode appears to be a mock-up built from a full-auto G3 variant; it has the detachable push-pin lower receiver unit of H&K's full-auto weapons, whereas the factory PSG-1 has the none-detachable lower receiver of the HK91 civilian rifles. This weapon also has the lower receiver with "S-F" fire control options, rather than the "0-1" options of the factory PSG-1.
