The following weapons can be seen in Johnny Handsome:
Pistols
Beretta 92F
In preparation for the shipyard heist. John Sedley (Mickey Rourke) purchases a Beretta 92F and Glock 17 from a gun dealer. Larry (J.W. Smith) is also seen with what appears to be one towards the end of the film.
Beretta Model 70
A Beretta Model 70 is used by Sunny Boyd (Ellen Barkin) throughout most of the film. Notably during the Prestige job and the shipyard heist.
Colt MK IV Series 70
Rafe Garrett (Lance Henriksen) uses a Colt MK IV Series 70 throughout most of the film. It's noted as a Colt MK IV Series 70 by closeup of the slide when Rafe and Sunny gun down Bob Lemoyne (Allan Graf).
Glock 17
Johnny purchases a Glock 17 in addition to the Beretta 92F. He uses it at the end of the film in the cemetery. As the film was released in 1989, this appears to be the first appearance of the Glock pistol in a US feature film. The third season of Miami Vice appears to be the very first media appearance of the Glock.
Smith & Wesson 669
A Smith & Wesson 669 is carried by Mikey Chalmette (Scott Wilson) during the Prestige job.
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Lt. A.Z. Drones' (Morgan Freeman) service revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 19.
Smith & Wesson Model 19 Snub Nose
Larry appears to pull a snub Smith & Wesson Model 19 when confronting the Johnny with his new face.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
Bob Lemoyne (Allan Graf) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 66 during the Prestige job.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun

Ithaca 37
One of the Angola prison guards (Jim Burk) is seen with an Ithaca 37 while the prisoners do field work.
Submachine Guns
MAC-10
When Rafe (Lance Henriksen) fails to hit Johnny with his Colt MK IV Series 70, he pulls a MAC-10 out of his coat and tries to gun him down.
