Browning Auto-5 Riot Gun
Browning Auto-5 riot guns are seen carried by the prison guards and some of the deputies.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Prison guards also carry 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotguns.
Remington 870
One of the Sheriffs carries a Remington 870, which is anachronistic for 1937.
Thompson M1928
Several of the posse chasing the gang carries Thompson M1928 submachine guns. George "Baby Face" Nelson (Michael Badalucco) also carries a Thompson, referring to it as his "Choppa" and using it to fire on police and cattle, several times clearing jams.
M1903 Springfield
The M1903 Springfield is seen in the hands of Cousin Wash's son (Quinn Gasaway).
