Beginning in "Red X" (S1E02), Riley Hale (Meghan Ory) carries a Glock 17 as her sidearm after she transfers to Cyber Command from the Secret Service.

AK-47

What appears to be a Springfield Armory M1A outfitted with a JAE-100 Stock is used in "Pilot" (S1E01). This is likely the same rifle seen in the series Almost Human.
