New Jack City is a 1991 action thriller that chronicles the rise and fall of a drug kingpin known as Nino Brown (Wesley Snipes). Ice-T and Judd Nelson co-star as the "New Jack" cops who take down the "New Jack" gangster. The film was directed by Mario Van Peebles.

Both Keisha (Vanessa A. Williams) and Kareem Akbar (Christopher Williams) pull Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolvers on Scotty when he comes to do business with Nino. Keisha's revolver is nickel and Kareem's is a regular model.
