The Hk USP used in the series is a two tone (stainless slide) Compact used by Nick Cutter; presumably 9mm
SIG Sauer 228
Having watched this episode several now, I'm sure this Sig is a 226,rather than the 228. Stephen uses one during Season 1, as does Capt. Ryan.
Colt .22 Target Model
The "tranquilizer pistol", used by Abby Maitland (Hannah Spearritt), Connor Temple (Andrew Lee Potts) and Nick Cutter (Douglas Henshall) is a Colt .22 Target Model. Seen most notably in Season 2, Episode 1.
