M16A3

While Chris and Deni are in the Sheriff's Department, one of the ex-deputies open up with an M16A3 fitted with a 100 round Beta-C magazine.

Not quite. What do you notice about the rear sight that says otherwise?
The rear sight is A1-style, but it has a brass deflector. That means it's most likely a Colt Model 715, which can also be seen in Stargate:SG1 and Harsh Realm. It's a sort of weird in-between variant that's between the A1 and A2/A3 in terms of receiver style.
Makes sense, It also has the heavier barrel like the A2/A3. In the Harsh Realm page, they have it listed a Diemaco C7, but it wouldn't be a Colt 715 since Colt Canada doesn't sell their guns to civies?
Yes, the 715 has a heavier A2-style barrel. And yes, it's probably not a C7; I wrote that before I heard from Al Vrkljan that Diemaco guns aren't available to cinema armorers.
So, what looks like a Colt Canada C7 but in a civilian model?
The 715 is the American equivalent. Also, what do you mean, "civilian model"?
